Charlie was dumped at our block in Connaught Place almost a month ago. He is a Lab mix with a pink nose and amber coloured eyes and a red collar.
He is young, not more than 18-months to 2 years old, friendly and totally affectionate and adorable.
He likes other dogs as well and really wants to play with them, but they attack him. Having been a house dog Charlie is unable to defend himself.
More dangerously, the heat drives him to take shelter in tunnels among electricity cables where he could be electrocuted.
